Since 1988 UBC Properties Trust has been supporting UBC’s vision of a vibrant campus community with neighbourhoods, parks, playgrounds, retail spaces, schools, and homes all fostering and supporting the university. To date they have contributed over $2B to the UBC endowment fund from their initiatives. They continue to build a financial legacy, expand communities, and create innovative spaces for learning and living at UBC.
Project Overview
With a modernization of their visual identity in progress, Fuse was given the goal of building a new website that would articulate, provide context, then communicate their brand values.
- The website needed to tell their story and provide audiences with greater clarity of purpose, enhance advocacy, and support growth into the distant future.
- Visitors can learn the history of UBC Properties Trust and see all they do with an upgraded project directory. With the new project directory we have made it easier to quickly find and access project information, and established a hierarchy of size and scale.
- The site was built on a fresh WordPress install with a fully custom theme that features bespoke animations and visual elements all built by our team at Fuse.
