The British Columbia Pharmacy Association (BCPhA) is an organization that supports and advances the professional and economic interests of community pharmacists and pharmacies in the province. The BCPhA’s membership includes more than 3,200 practicing pharmacists and more than 900 pharmacies that are in communities large and small across the province.
Project Highlights
The BCPhA approached Fuse for a complete redesign and build of their website as part of an overhaul of their digital strategy. Armed with the results of a comprehensive stakeholder review to guide us, we saw this project through planning, design, build and launch. The result is a vastly simplified and user-centric experience that has been garnering positive feedback from the membership, public and staff.
There were some particular complexities to this Drupal project beyond the user experience overhaul that made it a fun challenge. Some of these included:
- iMIS (EMS) integration
- Implementation of a complex permissions matrix for various staff and membership types
- SAML single sign-on integration
- Custom Job board development
- Custom Drupal 10 Module development
